1. Categories of declaration

2. Forms of declaration

The declaration adopts a combination of online and offline declaration, the declaration unit should meet the basic conditions stipulated in the "Measures", fill in the online declaration according to the requirements, confirm the online filling is correct, export the full set of declaration materials from the online system, and use A4 paper double-sided print offline submission。
